An award-winning screen actor, Leah has worked on sets and screens in Ireland, the UK and Canada.
A graduate of the Gaiety School of Acting, film credits include lead roles in Back of the Night, Leap of Faith, Life Begins Now and The Engineer. Prominent TV credits include recurring leads on RTE's Fair City and TG4's Ros na Rún & hit TBS Canada show The Detour. Notable theatre credits include Amber in Elaine Murphy’s Little Gem; Leah’s favourite role to date.
Director
As a director, Leah has spear-headed several creative initiatives, the most notable of which included Dagda Theatre; an educational Irish-language theatre company based in Dublin.
During that time Leah co-wrote and directed two original productions, Art agus an Leabhair Nollaig, and Art agus on Leabhar Draíochta, before moving to the UK. While there, she worked closely with the Earl’s Court Response Centre and was commissioned to write, produce and direct Flip the Switch a piece centred on knife crime in the city.
Since then Leah has gone on to work on sets and stages in Ireland, London and Canada. she is a staunch advocate for the power of PLAY and values explorative adventure, collaborative bravery and truth.
